IN HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training sessions are an hour in duration and will always include a good warm-up, a workout segment, as well as a cool-down and stretch. Each 10 session package will include a complimentary fitness assessment where we will gather baseline measurements of body composition, musclular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Your trainer will create a safe and effective personalized fitness program for you, which will indicate the exercises that you will perform with your trainer, as well as the exercises that you are responsible for completing on your own.

IN HOME COUPLES TRAINING
Do you currently have a workout partner? Then why not save a few bucks and train together. Each client will receive a personalized fitness program that is geared specifically to that individual’s needs and fitness goals. But not to worry: the programs will be compatible. That way, you are always able to train with your partner!

IN HOME SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small training groups consist of 3 to 5 individuals with the same goals in mind: to be active and get in shape! These groups often choose to train in home, but if space is a concern an alternate location can be arranged.
