Left Overs Omelet

by tgiffitness on February 5, 2014

Most of the recipes I post are solutions to one of two problems. Either:

  1. How do I make this dessert/meal healthier so that I don’t have to feel guilty about eating it?
  2. How do I make this healthy food palatable so that I will actually eat it?’

Today’s recipe is a solution to the latter. I have found a way to enjoy egg white and spinach omelettes, and also came up with a new way to use our left over sautéed chicken and vegetables.
