Day #4:

Today was a less than stellar day for my diet. I was rushing in the morning and grabbed the quickest thing possible, then by the time I got home, I was starving and refused to even think about vegetables. These are the days that make sticking to a healthy way of living so hard to do. And these are the obstacles that we have to overcome.

Have a plan.

Make meals ahead of time. 

Today was not a failure. It was a reminder that I have to be more conscious of my schedule and prepare my meals accordingly, rather than allowing my schedule to dictate what I have time to eat.  

Activity

  • 1 hr Bootcamp Workout
  • 15 minutes stretching 

Meals

Breakfast

  • English Muffin with butter

Snack

  • Egg sandwich on an english muffin 

Lunch

  • Chicken and Vegetable Peanut butter curry left overs

Snack

  • Banana with peanut butter
  • Strawberry greek yogurt

Dinner

  • Taco wrap
    • Extra lean ground beef
    • sour cream
    • salsa
    • lettuce
    • grated cheese
  • Salad
    • Romain lettuce
    • Spinach
    • Cucumber
    • Ranch Dressing

Snack

  • Taco Salad
    • Lettuce
    • Spinach
    • Cucumber
    • Ground beef
    • Salsa
    • Ranch dressing

Goals Accomplished:

  1. 15 min stretching
  2. Minimum 30 min exercise
  3. Vegetables with every meal

 Not Accomplished

  1. No added sugar
