Today was a really good day. Without even trying, I was able to come up with 4 new recipes! Whoohoo! 

I almost got a perfect score today as well. Darn late night snacking!

Day #3:

Activity

  • 10 minute Cardio – Stair Climber
  • 20 minutes yoga
  • 15 minutes stretching 

Meals

Breakfast

  • Egg white omelette with left over chicken and veggies from the night before
  • Coffee with almond milk

Snack

Lunch

  • Avocado, Cucumber, Tomato Salad – Recipe coming soon

Snack

  • Apple with Peanut butter
  • Black Tea with almond milk

Dinner

  • <1 Chicken breast
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli
  • Curry and Peanut butter sauce

Snack

  • Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • Apple Chips – Recipe Coming Soon

Goals Accomplished:

  1. 15 min stretching
  2. Minimum 30 min exercise
  3. Vegetables with every meal

 Not Accomplished

  1. No added sugar
