 Start:

  • Lying on your side
  • Rest you head in your hand
  • Place your top hand on the ground in front of yourself for support
  • Keep your bottom leg straight
  • Bend the top leg to 90º and rest it on the ground in front of you

Movement:

  • Press the hip forward, squeeze you bum, and lift your leg up to the side as high as you can.
  • Make sure that your hips do not roll backwards and that your knee is always higher than your foot.
  • Return to the starting position.
