No Brainer Workout

Today’s workout is simple… Nothing fancy, just straight forward, effective, full body exercises!

Workout Instructions:

Time: 15 seconds rest/60 seconds work

Total Time: 22.5 minutes

Number of exercises (NOE): 6

Number of Rounds (NOR): 3

Equipment: Exercise Mat, Stability Ball, 1 Dumbbell (8 to 25 lbs)

*Complete maximum number of reps possible in 60 seconds

*Note: Faster isn’t always better. Moving too quickly can lead to injuries. Exercise at your own pace.
