Apple Crumble

Servings: 4

Crumble Ingredients:
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes
1/2 cup Almond Flour
2 tbs Ground Flax
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tbs Coconut Oil
3 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbs Crystalized Sugar

Apple Layer Ingredients:
4 Apples pealed, cord, and sliced into wedges
1 tbs Cinnamon
2 tbs Honey

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Lightly grease an 8” x 8” baking dish with a bit of coconut oil
Add 2 tbs of honey and 1 tbs of cinnamon to a bowl with the apple slices, and mix well
Layer the apple slices evenly on the bottom of the dish. Be sure to lay them flat

Combine all the dry ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and mix well.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until all of the dry ingredients have become moist. You can use your hands or a spatula for this step. I find using my hands is easier and faster, just make sure they’re clean!
Cover the apples with the crumble and sprinkle 2 tbs of crystallized sugar on top
Place in the oven and bake for 35 – 40 minutes, or until the crumble starts to brown

Let cool for 5 minutes and ENJOY!
